We want you to be completely satisfied with your Trans-Siberian Orchestra Fan Club merchandise. If your order doesn't meet your expectations, you may return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Fan Club account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and protective wraps are intact to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
